## Ingredients

- 2 packets Ülker chocolate biscuits
- 2 tins cream (qashta)
- 1 cup milk
- Cream cheese (Kiri or Philadelphia)
- 4 Flake chocolate bars
- 1/4 cup sugar

## Method

1. Mix the cream, sugar and cream cheese.
2. Dip the biscuits in milk and lay them in a dish, then a layer of the cream mixture, then more dipped biscuits, then cream. Freeze for half an hour, then crumble the Flake bars by hand over the top.
