# Barbie Doll Cake

## Ingredients

- 3 packets cake mix in your favorite flavor (Betty Crocker recommended), baked in 3 flat tins: small, medium and large
- Cream or sauce to match the cake (chocolate sauce for chocolate cake, or cream and strawberries for white cake)
- 1 kg white fondant
- Food coloring to match the dress
- A new Barbie doll, with head, hair and legs wrapped in clear plastic wrap

## Method

1. Spread a layer of cream on the serving plate, then the first cake layer, then a generous layer of cream, then another cake layer, and so on until it forms a pyramid.
2. Cut a hole in the center with a knife to insert the doll.
3. Divide the fondant into three balls (large, medium, small) and color them. Dust the surface with powdered sugar and roll each out well.
4. Cut a small opening in the fondant and dress the cake once the doll is in place. Roll out another piece for the bodice, trim the edges and stick it on.
5. Decorate however you like.
