## Ingredients

- French bread cut into rounds, or bread rolls
- 1/2 cup sausages, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely diced
- Black olives
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Cheddar cheese

## Method

1. Mix the vegetables with the mayonnaise.
2. Spread the mixture on the bread and top with cheese.
3. Bake until the cheese melts.
