# Potato and Meat Bake

## Ingredients

- 3 large potatoes, boiled
- 250 g minced beef, or more to taste
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Salt
- Black pepper
- A pinch each of cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg
- 1/4 cup cream
- 50 g butter
- 200 g mozzarella cheese

## Method

1. Mash the potatoes well with the butter, add the cream and mix, then season with salt.
2. Soften the onion with the garlic, add the meat and spices, cook through and season with salt.
3. Layer mashed potato, then meat, then cheese, then potato, and finish with cheese. Bake until the cheese melts.
