## Ingredients

- Carrots, diced and boiled
- Green beans, boiled
- Potatoes, cubed and boiled
- Peas, boiled
- Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Boiled eggs, to taste
- Parsley, for garnish

## Method

1. Mix all the ingredients except the eggs until combined, then top with the eggs and a sprinkle of parsley.
