# Beetroot Salad

## Ingredients

- 3 boiled beetroots, cut into large cubes
- 1/2 packet small pasta, boiled
- 1 can corn
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- A little salt
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- Pickles, finely chopped (optional)
- Parsley, for garnish

## Method

1. Put the pasta in the bottom of the bowl, then a layer of beetroot.
2. Mix the beetroot with the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salt, sugar and vinegar, add the corn and toss lightly.
3. Garnish with parsley. It can also be made without pasta.
