# Karak Tea

## Ingredients

- 1/2 liter hot water
- 3 tea bags or 1 tbsp loose black tea
- 1/2 liter milk or 330 ml evaporated milk
- 6 cardamom pods, opened or crushed
- 2 tbsp sugar, or to taste

## Method

1. Boil the water with the tea, cardamom and sugar until dark, then add the milk gradually on very low heat, let it come to a boil and serve hot.
