# Crab with Lemon and Garlic

## Ingredients

- 500 g crab, washed and cleaned by the fishmonger
- 1/2 head of garlic
- Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Salt
- Black pepper

## Method

1. Marinate the crab with the garlic, salt, black pepper and olive oil.
2. Put the vegetable oil in an open tray, add the crab and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes; it will turn from blue to orange. Finish with the lemon juice and eat hot.
