# Green Beans in Tomato Sauce with Meat

## Ingredients

- 500 g meat, cubed
- 1 packet frozen green beans
- 3 tomatoes, blended
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Whole spices (2 bay leaves, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 cloves, 2 cardamom pods, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Knorr stock powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

## Method

1. Boil the meat with the whole spices, skimming off the foam, and cook until tender.
2. Fry the onion in the oil, add the beans and cook on low heat until tender, then the blended tomatoes, tomato paste, 2 cups meat stock, stock powder, salt and black pepper. Finally add the meat and let it boil once. Serve with vermicelli rice.
