## Ingredients

### Salad

- 2 cups iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup boiled beetroot, diced
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup green apple, diced
- Halloumi cheese, sliced and grilled

### Dressing

- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp balsamic or apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil

### Garnish

- Chopped walnuts
- Chopped parsley

## Method

1. Chop the lettuce.
2. Add the beetroot, green apple and sliced strawberries.
3. Whisk the dressing and add to the serving bowl, then finish with the halloumi and walnuts.
