# Egg Tagine

## Ingredients

### For two small pots

- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup cream
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Cheddar, kashkaval or mozzarella (cheddar preferred)
- 1/4 tsp butter for the top

## Method

1. Beat everything together except the cheese and pour into glazed clay pots. Top with the cheese and a little butter and bake until the eggs are set (puffed and cooked at the edges).
