# Eggs in Burger Buns with Cheese

## Ingredients

- 3 burger buns (see the burger buns recipe)
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp cheese spread
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt
- Black pepper
- A little mozzarella
- Shredded lettuce, cabbage and mustard, for serving

## Method

1. Place the buns on a tray lined with baking paper, cut a well in each and set the tops aside.
2. Brush each with butter, then cheese spread, and crack an egg into each (it is fine if a little spills over).
3. Bake at 180°C from below for 10 minutes, then brown the top briefly.
4. Serve on a plate with lettuce, cabbage and mustard, and sprinkle the mozzarella on while hot.
