## Ingredients

- 2 cups lettuce, finely chopped
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt
- 1 tbsp dried mint
- 2 tbsp olive oil, for the top

## Method

1. Mix the yogurt with the garlic, tahini and salt well, add the lettuce, then the dried mint and toss. Drizzle with olive oil.
