## Ingredients

- Fried chicken (cornflake tenders, see recipe)
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
- Mustard
- Barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Restaurant-style garlic sauce

## Method

1. Chop the lettuce, add the cabbage and lemon juice.
2. Slice the chicken tenders and add them, then the mustard, barbecue sauce and garlic sauce.
