## 食材

- 1个甜菜根，煮熟擦丝
- 1根大胡萝卜，擦丝
- 1个石榴的籽
- 1杯紫甘蓝，切细丝
- 1个黄、橙或红甜椒，切细丝
- 1杯蛋黄酱
- 半茶匙盐
- 2块烤好的汉堡肉饼切块，或熟牛排条
- 1个小土豆擦丝挤干水分炸脆，或薯片

## 做法

1. 除薯片或土豆丝外的所有材料拌匀，最后把薯片或土豆丝撒在表面。
