## Ingredients

- 1 liter water
- 1/2 cup vermicelli
- 2 stock cubes (or chicken stock)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper
- 1/4 cup parsley

## Method

1. Cook the vermicelli in the water with the stock cubes until done, adjust the salt and black pepper, then add the parsley.
