# Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce

## Ingredients

- 100 g spaghetti
- 2 tomatoes, blended
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1/4 cup minced meat fried with onion
- 1 stock cube
- 2 tbsp olive oil

## Method

1. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with 1/4 tsp salt until half done.
2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pot with the tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, black pepper and stock cube and let it reduce. Add the meat, then a cup of the pasta water.
3. Add the spaghetti and let it finish cooking in the sauce. Add cheese if you like.
