## Ingredients

- 1 cup grated mozzarella
- 1 cup Kiri cheese
- 2 tbsp nigella seeds
- 1 cup grated Akkawi cheese
- 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped

## Method

1. Mix all the ingredients together and use to fill the sambousek.
