## Ingredients

- Sambousek pastry
- Cream cheese
- Honey or syrup
- Oil for frying
- Pistachios or coconut, for garnish

## Method

1. Fill each pastry with a teaspoon of cheese, fold in the sides and roll into a rectangle.
