## Ingredients

- 180 g yogurt at room temperature
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp yeast (1 sachet)
- 1 tbsp baking powder (1 sachet)
- 1 tsp salt
- About 3 cups flour
- Nescafé and milk for brushing
- Sesame and nigella seeds

## Method

1. Put all the ingredients in the mixer, adding the flour gradually until you have a smooth dough; you may need more or less depending on the flour.
2. Oil a plastic or glass bowl, transfer the dough, let it rest and shape as you like.
3. For the top, mix Nescafé with milk, brush the pastries and sprinkle with sesame and nigella.
