## Ingredients

### Drink

- 700 ml full-fat milk
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
- 1/4 cup Biscoff spread

### Topping

- Desiccated coconut
- Walnuts
- Biscoff spread and Lotus biscuits, if available
- Cinnamon

## Method

1. Stir all the ingredients while cold, then cook, stirring, until medium thick, neither runny nor set. Pour into cups, top with nuts as you like and serve hot.
