# Creamy Corn Cups

## Ingredients

- 1 packet corn (400 g), thawed and drained (or canned)
- 50 g butter
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 chicken stock cube (optional)
- 1 tbsp Tabasco or crushed chili
- 1/4 cup mozzarella
- 2 tbsp cheddar (optional)
- Doritos or cheese Cheetos, for garnish
- 200 g cooking cream

## Method

1. Melt the butter, add the corn and toss, then the salt, black pepper and stock cube, then the cream, then the cheeses and Tabasco. Spoon into cups and garnish with chips.
