# Biscoff Microwave Mug Cake

## Ingredients

### Per mug

- 4 tbsp flour
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp Biscoff spread
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- About 1/4 cup milk (6 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips or chunks
- 1 tbsp Biscoff spread for the top
- Butter for greasing the mug

## Method

1. Grease a microwave-safe mug or bowl with butter.
2. Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, Biscoff, oil and milk well, pour into the mug and add the chocolate chips.
3. Microwave 1 to 1 1/2 minutes depending on the wattage until the cake is set and risen. Top with Biscoff spread and serve hot.
