## Ingredients

- Mushrooms
- Butter
- Cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Turkish spice mix (or any spices you like)
- A clay pot or any dish that fits the air fryer (foil works)

## Method

1. Remove the mushroom stems, put a small dot of butter in each cap and sprinkle with salt, black pepper and Turkish spices. Place in the clay pot and cook in the air fryer or oven for 15 minutes, then add the cheese and melt it.
