## Ingredients

### Salad

- 2 large potatoes, boiled and cooled
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 2 radishes, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onions with the white part
- 1/4 cup dill pickles
- 1/2 cup mixed bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped dill

### Dressing

- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard if available
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp sweet chili sauce

## Method

1. Mix the dressing well until smooth.
2. Toss the vegetables except the potatoes with salt and black pepper, then add the dressing and mix.
3. Add the potatoes and fold gently with your fingertips so they don't break up. Eat right away or chilled.
