## Ingredients

### Salad

- 1 can tuna, drained of oil
- 2 cups iceberg lettuce, roughly chopped
- 1 green apple or any kind, sliced and squeezed with a little lemon so it doesn't brown
- 1 avocado (optional)
- 1 small onion, sliced (red works too)

### Dressing

- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Turkish labneh, sour cream or regular labneh (this makes the flavor)
- 1 tsp mustard
- A pinch of salt
- Juice of half a lemon
- 3 tbsp olive oil

## Method

1. Mix the dressing well, add the lettuce (dried of water), onion and apple and toss, then top with the tuna and fold in gently.
