# Orange Cake

## Ingredients

- 1 3/4 cups flour, sifted
- 3 eggs at room temperature
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp Tang or any orange flavor enhancer
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla with 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp orange zest
- A pinch of salt

## Method

1. Mix the wet ingredients in order: eggs and vanilla, then sugar, then oil, orange juice, milk and lemon juice, then the flour, baking powder, salt and orange zest.
2. Bake at 180°C for about 30 to 35 minutes.
