Chocolate Cake 2

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 3/4 cup oil
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/4 cups water
• A squeeze of lemon

Method

1. Blend all the ingredients except the flour, baking powder and water.
2. Add these to the mixture little by little.
3. Pour into a tin greased with butter and dusted with cocoa.
4. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for half an hour.
