Red Velvet Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 1 packet red velvet cake mix (Betty Crocker)
• Philadelphia cheese
• Cream (qashta)
• 1 packet yellow jelly

Method

1. Prepare and bake the red velvet cake as directed on the packet, then split it into two layers.
2. Make the cheese filling by mixing the cheese with the cream and jelly powder.
3. Prepare the frosting included in the cake box.
4. Place the first cake layer, fill with the cheese mixture, top with the second layer, frost with the cream and sprinkle cake crumbs on top. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
