French Bread Pizza

Ingredients

• French bread cut into rounds, or bread rolls
• 1/2 cup sausages, finely chopped
• 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
• 2 tomatoes, finely diced
• Black olives
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Cheddar cheese

Method

1. Mix the vegetables with the mayonnaise.
2. Spread the mixture on the bread and top with cheese.
3. Bake until the cheese melts.
