Rocket and Apple Salad

Ingredients

• 2 bunches rocket
• 1 green apple, thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup red vinegar
• 2 tbsp honey
• A squeeze of lemon
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Chopped walnuts

Method

1. Wash the rocket, tear it by hand and add the apple.
2. Whisk the oil, vinegar, honey and lemon well, pour over the salad and garnish with walnuts.
