Strawberry Sauce for Cheesecake or Cake

Ingredients

• 15 strawberries
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 tbsp cornstarch (or gelatin)
• Red food coloring (optional, for a brighter color)

Method

1. Stir the ingredients well over heat until the sauce thickens, let it cool and serve. Any fruit can replace the strawberries.
