Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

Cake

• 2 eggs
• 1 3/4 cups flour
• 1 1/4 cups sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 3/4 cup oil
• 1 tbsp vanilla with a squeeze of lemon
• 1 cup yogurt
• 3 tbsp cocoa

Frosting

• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 4 tbsp cocoa

Method

1. Mix all the cake ingredients.
2. Grease the tin with butter, dust with cocoa and bake at 180°C for half an hour. Check with a wooden skewer, which should come out clean.
3. Frosting: mix the cold milk with the cornstarch, cocoa and sugar and stir over heat until thick. Pour over the cake while hot.
