Mayonnaise for Russian Salad

Ingredients

• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• 100 ml vegetable oil

Method

1. Beat the yolk with the mustard on high speed, then add the vinegar. Once it turns pale, add the oil in a thin stream while continuing to blend.
